Order Placement

All Our Orders Are Primarily Placed Online Through The Store Or Raising An Enquiry On The Software, There Might Be Instances Where Over The Phone Assistance Is Provided. After You Place Your Order, We Will Send You An E-Mail Acknowledgement. Our Phone And Email Addresses Are Available In The Contact Us Section Of Website. Order Is Processed Upon Confirmation Of Payment Or Otherwise If You Are Provided With Credit Terms. By Placing An Order On Www.Toptools.In   Or Through The Toptools Software, You Agree That You Are Buying For Your Business Needs. If Material Is In Stock Or Readily Available, Goods Are Delivered In Less Than 5 Working Days. For Special Order Or Out Of Stock Items Delivery Times Are 2 Weeks. If We Are Not Able To Fulfill Your Order Then We Will Refund Your Entire Amount Within 5-7 Business Days. If Order Time Exceeds What We Have Committed To, We Will Contact You To Determine If You Want To Execute The Order With The New Delivery Time. If You Do Not Wish To Execute the Order At That Time, We Will Refund Your Entire Amount.

Cancellation Policy:

1. You Can Cancel Your Order (Completely Or Partially) At Any Time Before It Is Dispatched From Our Warehouse By Sending An E-Mail From Your Registered E-Mail ID To Info@toptools.in With Your Complete Order Details.’
2. In Case Of Prepaid Orders Where Payment Was Made Online, (Credit Card/Debit Card/E- Wallet/Net Banking) Refund Will Be Initiated In The Same Payment Mode As Originally Used For Placing The Order. Generally, Refund Amount Gets Credited To You In 24 Hours Of Refund Initiation.
3.  In Case Of Payment Mode Being Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) Or Cheque Or COD (Cash On Delivery), Please Send Us An Image Of Cancelled Cheque Of The Account In Which You Wish Your Refund, Along With The Cancellation Request.
4.  If Cancelled Cheque Is Not Available, Please Send Us Following Details:

Returns & Cancellation Policy:

TOPTOOLS reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

1. You provide wrong or incomplete details (complete address including PIN code, phone number, etc.) while placing the order.
2. You do not re-confirm COD orders.
3. Wrong product listing on our website (error in price, specification, quantity etc.)
4. Product unavailability with us.
5. Delivery service not available at your specified address (Pin code).

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.

• You can intimate our team (Info@toptools.in ,mobile :-+91 9968361385) for return of damaged & defective items within 3 working days of receipt of your goods.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
• Returns will be accepted for items only with manufacturing defects/wrong products delivered/in-transit damages. Only items that have been purchased directly from us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Replacement/Refund:

Replacement Product Will Be Shipped To You Within 7 Working Days. If Replacement Can’t Be Provided We Will Refund The Entire Amount Warranty Claims As Per The Brand’s Warranty Policy

Cod Charges Paid By The Customer While Ordering Will Be Deducted From The Total Order Value In Case Of Refunds Being Made To The Customer.
If The Item Meets The Characteristics Described By Seller And Corresponds Your Request (Color, Size, Configuration, Etc.) And There Are No Defects, Such Item Is Not Eligible For Return And Refund. It Is Only Possible To Return Items Which Are Significantly Different From Photographs And Description Provided By The Seller.

Please Note: In A Few Cases Times, We Don’t Accept Return/Exchange If We Have Shipped The Correct Item. This Is Totally As Per Toptools Discretion And Is Handled On A Case To Case Basis.

Logistics Expense Deduction

In The Case Of A Pre-Paid Or A Part Paid Order Is Canceled After The Consignment Has Been Shipped, The Customer Will Only Receive An Amount As A Refund Which Is Exclusive Of The Shipping Expense Charged To Him
